When you request a parquet installation from Osus Home for Decor, you’re not just buying a product – you’re choosing a complete experience that starts with consultation and ends with a luxurious decorative touch on your floors. We take care of every detail to ensure quality installation and your peace of mind.

📦 Site Requirements Before Installation:

• Installation is priced per square meter.

• The site must be completely free of furniture before the installation appointment – your comfort and the safety of your belongings matter to us. We are not responsible for any damage or loss.

• The floor must be ready. We are not liable for sloped surfaces or wall cracks that may affect the final result.

💳 Payment & Confirmation:

• Installation is only carried out after full payment of the invoice.

• The appointment must be confirmed via phone at least 24 hours in advance. If we can’t reach you, the appointment may be rescheduled based on availability.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we may change the appointment and will coordinate with you for a suitable time.

🧑‍🔧 During Installation:

• Our certified installers will determine the best installation method based on the floor type and warranty guidelines.

• Parquet patterns are random and not designed to form specific visuals when laid out.

• Door clearance must be at least 1.5 cm from the floor to fit the parquet thickness.

• The default skirting (baseboard) included in the price calculator is either wood or white fiber skirting, 8 cm height. If you choose a different type, additional charges apply based on your selection.

📏 Measurements & Pricing:

• The provided layout plan is 90% accurate compared to the actual site.

  • If there’s excess material, the difference will be refunded.

  • If there’s a shortage, you’ll need to pay the difference.

✅ Warranty:

• One-year warranty on installation against defects caused by us.

• The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or natural disasters.
